I had an appointment scheduled to get all four of my impacted wisdom teeth out at 10:00 am this morning. This was through another nearby facility who cancelled the appointment less than an hour before, stating that the doctor wouldn't be coming in. Thankfully, I was able to not only get in for a consultation here today, but they were gracious enough to proceed with the surgery, as I had still followed fasting protocols and they had a slot available. Dr. Rutner was very friendly and straightforward with the instructions and next steps, as well as everyone else in the room with me. This was my first time having any sort of procedure requiring sedation, and the environment was very calm and stress free. I was in and out. I am so appreciative of the friendly and professional staff here! The previous facility is definitely not up to par when compared to this practice. I had such a pleasant experience!

Wonderful experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. The entire team was responsive to my concerns and I was well taken care of the entire time. Dr. Desai oversaw my surgery and I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her team. Thank you!

In January I was sent to Center for Oral & Facial surgery by my primary dentist who had a concern about a bump on my gum. Upon my visit Dr. Desai seemed pleasant and friendly and did not seem overly concerned about my βbumpβ, but she did want to perform a biopsy for safe measure, which I agreed. She did notice that I recently had an implant and that I was also missing another molar. From there the focus was more about getting my final implant through her office, even though I stated I was satisfied with my last implant and the surgeon. I wanted to focus on the reason I was sent there. I can appreciate wanting the business, but how about earning it through the trust of performing the procedure that I was sent to you for. It kind of turned me off. So, I avoided my next appointment for a few months, but they called regularly, and each time they did it was about a consultation for an implant, not the biopsy. Finally, I make an appointment to return. The doctor even says βI know we were discussing an implant, but maybe we should focus on one thing at a timeβ. Finally! I think she could feel my vibe. I still ended up leaving the office without my biopsy because they waited un

Dr. Torin Rutner did an implant for me early in 2025; my first implant ever (I'm 70)! He was professional, clearly explained the process, the number of visits and time frame until his part was completed. He answered all my questions and was personable enough that I felt I could trust him for a procedure that required skill & precision. This process involved drilling into the upper jaw ~ there is risk involved! My regular dentist requested that Dr. Rutner use a scanable implant head; he complied, so when it was time to prepare for the permanent crown, instead of using the old school moulds, my dentist just scanned all the teeth in my mouth with a hand held device and sent it electronically to the lab who made the crown! It saved time and was much better than having one of those awful moulds used for impressions! The end result is a natural looking tooth, so I feel the quality and care was spot-on! In the end, the time frame he gave me was accurate. That is why I don't understand the poor reviews here; my experience with Dr. Rutner's office staff, technicians was excellent. The waiting room times were excellent. The longest wait time for one of my 4 appointments was 15 minutes.

I never leave reviews. But I do not want anyone else to have the horrible experience we did. My son had to have 3 teeth pulled. I repeatedly asked up front for a cost estimate and they blew me off repeatedly. My husband has good insurance and my son needed the procedure so we continued without the estimate. I also asked what payment plans would be available if needed (since no estimate was provided) and they also wouldn't give me a straight answer on that. My son is very anxious and the doctor offered him oral sedative in addition to the laughing gas. But what he failed to tell us is that this would most likely be completely out of pocket. My sons procedure was in October 7, 2024. We paid a $127 copay the day of the procedure. We heard nothing else from the office until FEBRUARY 25, 2025, at which point we were sent a bill for $863! When I called to inquire if 1) I missed earlier bills and 2) what the payment plan would be, they told it was the first bill I was receiving and that a payment plan was not an option. So they avoided answering any billing questions up front, waited almost 5 months to bill me, and then refused a payment plan. They should be ashamed of their business
